when ever i try and actually join the world my video graphics start freaking out and lagging really bad but when i do char creation and stuff its fine.. its only when i hit start game and load into the aircraft that it starts freaking out and going crazy with lines and walls disapear and sometimes i get just a bunch of colors.. any suggestions plz..?

Also, make sure to skip the new player tutorial as it's not working.

New player tutorial worked for me.

Might do it again so i can shoot that pirate again only action on the game just now lol

I'm going to very strongly recommend that you don't run through the new player tutorial again. The new player tutorial "works" in that some people can play through it but players who do so risk bugging their character, being unable to connect to the actual game world (stuck at loading screen), and crashing the tutorial level. These are well documented problems that have been experienced by many players.

For those people dealing with graphics problems, Connecting To GR's Test Server - Instructions & Support has been updated with some possible fixes for the problem (please see Troubleshooting Page 2).
